    OUR HISTORY

    THERMO-KOOL TIMELINE

The pride of our master craftsmen has been handed down through the years, allowing us to build and maintain our reputation for quality and customer service.

    1960: The Beginning

    1960-TIMELINE

    The Beginning

Established in Laurel, MS, the company opened its doors under the name Mid-South Industries, Inc. Shortly after, we adopted the name “Thermo-Kool” in order to present a more memorable name within the industry.

    1975

    1975-TIMELINE

    1975

With only fifteen years into the industry, Thermo-Kool soon realized it was outgrowing its humble beginnings. The company soon moved to its new, modern manufacturing facility in North Laurel Industrial Park. This spacious, ten-acre plant allowed us to meet the level of production demanded by our ever-increasing sales volume.

    2000

    Comptroller 1 (1)

    2000

Our new comptroller office opened in our downtown area. This facility housed the company’s accounting, data processing, and credit department.

    2017-TIMELINE

    2017

To accommodate our increased production, and to better meet the needs and expectations of our customers, it became a necessity and a privilege for us to expand our factory location in order to not only facilitate higher production, but to integrate new, more modern equipment so that we can continue to produce a superior, quality product.
