David is responsible for managing all production as well as the maintenance and safety functions.

Donnie is responsible for production support as well as managing customer service, production design, quality control, engineering, and working with various building code entities.

Debbi is responsible for quoting, order processing, and customer assistance in Delaware (upper), Florida (except Panhandle), Maryland, New Jersey (south), Eastern Pennsylvania, Virginia, Washington D. C.

Morgan is responsible for quoting, order processing, and customer assistance in National Chain Accounts (turnkey package including coordination of the delivery and installation).

Katie is responsible for quoting, order processing, and customer assistance in National Chain Accounts (turnkey package including coordination of the delivery and installation).

Erin is responsible for quoting, order processing, and customer assistance in Alabama, Arkansas, Florida Panhandle, Georgia, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, North Illinois, South Carolina, Tennessee, Eastern Wisconsin.

Allison is responsible for quoting, order processing, and customer assistance in Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Hawaii, Idaho, Indiana, Kentucky, Michigan, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Western Pennsylvania, Texas (El Paso only), Utah, Washington, West Virginia, Wyoming.

Ashley is responsible for quoting, order processing, and customer assistance in Connecticut (except Fairfield County), South Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, Maine, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, North Dakota, Rhode Island, South Dakota, Vermont, West Wisconsin.

Samantha is responsible for assisting the CARs and Scheduling along with processing invoices and approval for payments for chain accounts.

Summer is responsible of assisting all of sales with quoting, order processing, and all paperworks dealing with or around the sales process.

Brent is responsible for handling parts, service, and technical calls along with warranty issues for walk-ins, blast chillers/shock freezers and refrigeration.

Dwayne is responsible for handling parts, service, and technical calls along with warranty issues for walk-ins, blast chillers/shock freezers and refrigeration.

Audreanna is responsible for assisting Customer Service with the handling of parts, service, and technical calls as well as warranty issues.

Carol is responsible for coordinating, scheduling, and shipment of all jobs after approval for production.

Tammy is responsible for coordinating, scheduling, and shipment of all jobs after approval for production.

Justin is responsible for overseeing all aspects of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.

Nikki handles vendor invoices or bills and records the short-term debts in the general ledger

Amber handles vendor invoices or bills and records the short-term debts in the general ledger

Melissa is responsible for invoices for goods or services received by the company.

Brooke is responsible for invoices for goods or services received by the company as well as credits.

Danielle is responsible for all aspects of payroll.

Heath is responsible for all functions of Purchasing and supervision of the Stockroom as purchasing and the stockroom work closely together to maintain adequate inventory for plant production.

Tracy is responsible for purchasing all equipment, both in the factory and the office, utilized by company personnel.

Kimberly is responsible for for overseeing and directing Human Resources.

Marketta is responsible for company insurance benefits, workers' compensation, and record keeping within the Human Resources department.

Raine is responsible for onboarding, data processing, and various Human Resources functions within the HR department.

Michaela is responsible for assistanting the President and Vice President.
