We are currently seeking individuals to deliver and perform quality installations nationwide of our walk-in coolers and freezers. Minimum requirements are as follows:
- Meet minimum DOT regulations
- Provide Certificate of Insurance with minimum $1
million liability and minimum $100,000 cargo insurance
coverage - Trailer minimum of 102” wide and recommended 38 –
40 ft long - Tarps with 8 foot drop on all sides
- Participate in Thermo-Kool’s Factory Certified
Installation Training - Be able to withstand physical elements/requirements,
such as lifting, repetitive bending, etc. - Possess excellent communication skills and problem-
solving abilities

Accounting Assistant
Job Summary:
The Accounting Assistants is responsible for performing clerical tasks, including processing and recording transactions, preparing reports and budgets, fielding communications with clients and vendors, fact-checking, filing, and other duties, as needed.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Process payments and documents such as invoices, employee reimbursements, financial statements, etc
- Track expenses and evaluating budgets
- Post financial data to accounts
- Participate in monthly, quarterly, and annual audits
- Handle communication between the organization and clients
- Maintain and improve the organization’s bookkeeping process
- Prepare reports and projections based on financial data
- Reconcile invoices and identify discrepancies
- Create and update expense reports
- Prepare bank deposits
- Enter financial transactions into internal databases
- Check spreadsheets for accuracy
- Maintain digital and physical financial records
- Issue invoices to customers and external partners, as needed
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and financial reporting
- Excellent 10-key skills
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills

- Previous experience in A/P, A/R, G/L and/or Payroll required
Education and Experience:
- Minimum two-year degree in an Accounting field

SKILLS:
- Follow oral and written instructions
- Ability to multi-task
- Read cutting bills (blueprints)
- Read a tape measure
- Use of power tools such as nail gun and glue gun
- Basic math skills
- Carpentry is a plus

Engineering Technician
JOB PURPOSE:
Design, develop, test, and evaluate integrated systems for managing industrial production processes, including human work factors, quality control, inventory control, logistics and material flow, cost analysis, and production coordination.
TASKS:
- Estimate production costs, cost saving methods, and the effects of product design changes on expenditures for management review, action, and control.
- Plan and establish sequence of operations to fabricate and assemble parts or products and to promote efficient utilization.
- Analyze statistical data and product specifications to determine standards and establish quality and reliability objectives of finished product.
- Confer with clients, vendors, staff, and management personnel regarding purchases, product and production specifications, manufacturing capabilities, or project status.
- Communicate with management and user personnel to develop production and design standards.
- Evaluate precision and accuracy of production and testing equipment and engineering drawings to formulate corrective action plan.
- Recommend methods for improving utilization of personnel, material, and utilities.
- Record or oversee recording of information to ensure currency of engineering drawings and documentation of production problems.
- Draft and design layout of equipment, materials, and workspace to illustrate maximum efficiency using drafting tools and computer.
- Direct workers engaged in product measurement, inspection, and testing activities to ensure quality control and reliability.
- Develop manufacturing methods, labor utilization standards, and cost analysis systems to promote efficient staff and facility utilization.
- Review production schedules, engineering specifications, orders, and related information to obtain knowledge of manufacturing methods, procedures, and activities.
- Complete production reports, purchase orders, and material, tool, and equipment lists.
- Coordinate and implement quality control objectives, activities, or procedures to resolve production problems, maximize product reliability, or minimize costs.
- Implement methods and procedures for disposition of discrepant material and defective or damaged parts and assess cost and responsibility.
