We are currently seeking individuals to deliver and perform quality installations nationwide of our walk-in coolers and freezers. Minimum requirements are as follows:

  • Meet minimum DOT regulations
  • Provide Certificate of Insurance with minimum $1
    million liability and minimum $100,000 cargo insurance
    coverage
  • Trailer minimum of 102” wide and recommended 38 –
    40 ft long
  • Tarps with 8 foot drop on all sides
  • Participate in Thermo-Kool’s Factory Certified
    Installation Training
  • Be able to withstand physical elements/requirements,
    such as lifting, repetitive bending, etc.
  • Possess excellent communication skills and problem-
    solving abilities

  • Electrical Technician

Description

The ELECTRICAL TECHNICIAN in the MAINTENANCE Department is responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical equipment and parts, such as control panels. This position requires extensive knowledge of electrical components, as well as familiarity with electrical safety codes and regulations. They must be professional, technical, and mechanically proficient for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing all factory equipment in an effort to reduce and/or eliminate downtime in a quality and timely manner, as well as maintain all company properties to exhibit like-new condition.

Assist in the startup and shutdown procedures throughout the factory. Assist in maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing and/or requisitioning with supervisory approval of outside services when safely needed on all electrical equipment.

Requirements

KNOWLEDGE:

· Strong understanding of PLC controls

· Experience in Automation, and artificial intelligence

· Possess strong electrical and mechanical abilities.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

· Ability to stand, stoop, bend and walk for long periods of time.

· Ability to physically push, pull, and lift different weight loads throughout the day.

· Have color vision.

EQUIPMENT AND TOOLS USED BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

· Mechanical Equipment – shears, break presses, roll-formers, punches, power tools, saws, and packaging

· Automated Equipment – cut-to-length lines (CTL), computer numerical control (CNC), Human-Machine Interface (HMI), Artificial Intelligence systems (A.I)

· Other Equipment/Tools - Hand tools, jacks, squares, tape measure, hoists, micrometers, calipers, circuit tester, volt meter, ohm meter, saws, and other basic tools/equipment

SAFETY AND HEALTH:

· Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) - OSHA required and approved safety glasses, ear plugs, respirators, aprons, gloves, and hazardous materials (HAZMAT) equipment when necessary.

· Always observe established safety guidelines in accordance with Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), HAZMAT, Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), and Safety Data Sheet (SDS) requirements.

  • Shipping Clerk

Description

OVERALL PURPOSE OF POSITION/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES

The SHIPPING CLERK in the SHIPPING Department is responsible for ensuring all shipments are complete and loaded onto the trucks in a safe and timely manner.

The SHIPPING CLERK is responsible for comparing the packing list to the blueprint and gathering all the trim and hardware for a job and packaging it so it will arrive at the customer damage-free.

The SHIPPING CLERK is responsible for verifying the panel count for a job to make sure all panels are accounted for, so nothing is left off the shipment.

The SHIPPING CLERK is responsible for loading the truck in a way that it will arrive at the customer damage-free.

The SHIPPING CLERK is responsible for getting the measurements on any export crating job and getting that information to the schedulers on time.

The SHIPPING CLERK needs to be forklift certified and able to load and unload trucks accordingly.

Requirements

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS – PREFERRED BUT NOT REQUIRED

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION: High School Diploma or equivalent

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE: Basic computer and oral communication skills.

Ability to read a tape measure.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Previous forklift experience, previous experience as a shipping clerk

In a manufacturing facility, a plus

SKILLS/ABILITIES: Ability to read and comprehend blueprints and use hand tools a plus. Must be able to lift 50 lbs. with assistance.

  • Assemblers/Technicians/Machine Operators

Description

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES

SKILLS:

    Follow oral and written instructions

    Ability to multi-task

    Read cutting bills (blueprints)

    Read a tape measure

    Use of power tools such as nail gun and glue gun

    Basic math skills

    Carpentry is a plus

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

    Stand and walk for long periods of time

    Push, pull, and lift panels, doors, carts

    Some positions will require heavy lifting

EQUIPMENT AND TOOLS USED:

    Basic hand tools

    Nail gun

    Glue gun

PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT USED:

OSHA required and approved safety glasses, ear plugs, and safety glasses.
